Regenerative Aesthetics
Microneedling with Growth Factors
Collagen induction therapy for scarring, texture and skin quality.
Overview
Microneedling creates controlled micro-injuries that trigger collagen remodelling. Combined with growth factors or platelet-rich plasma, it improves scar depth and overall skin quality.
What it helps with
- Acne scarring
- Enlarged pores
- Fine lines
- Skin texture
- Stretch marks
How it works
Fine needles at a controlled depth stimulate the wound-healing cascade, generating new collagen and elastin over the following weeks.
Suitability
- Suitable for all skin tones
- Not suitable for patients with uncontrolled diabetes
- Not performed over active or cystic acne, infection or keloid-prone areas without review
- Not suitable for those with clotting or bleeding disorders
The procedure
- 01A walkthrough of the procedure with your clinician

- 04Growth factor, exosome or PRP application
- 05Barrier cream and SPF
Preparation
- Temporarily stop acid-based products and retinoids
- Avoid direct sun exposure for 24 hours before, as this can cause irritation during treatment
Downtime
2 – 3 days. Slight bruising and swelling, redness lasting under 24 hours, then rough skin that sloughs off with mild peeling around days three to five.
Expected results
Visible improvement from four to six weeks, across three to six sessions spaced four weeks apart; collagen continues remodelling for six months.
