Dr. Awudu is an accomplished General Practitioner with a distinguished focus in aesthetic medicine, specialising in the treatment of skin of colour and advanced anti-ageing interventions. His clinical expertise includes dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, biomodulators and comprehensive facial harmonisation procedures. As the Chief Medical Director of Sholema Aesthetic and Laser Clinic, he is recognised for his unwavering commitment to patient safety and clinical excellence. His practice is grounded in evidence-based medicine and has been shaped by extensive training with leading dermatologists and aesthetic practitioners in the United Kingdom and internationally. With nearly two decades of experience in medical aesthetics, Dr. Awudu is widely regarded as a leading authority within the Nigerian aesthetic medicine landscape. He has made significant contributions through mentorship, training of emerging practitioners, and involvement with international platforms such as IMCAS and the Skin of Color Update Series (USA). He is also a recognised international speaker for Aerolase laser technology. Dr. Awudu holds certifications from Wigmore Medical Training Centre (UK), LSC Academy (UK), the EUFOTON Laser Expert Academy (Italy) and other prestigious institutions, and is a member of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine (BCAM).

Temiloluwa Asugha is the General Operations Manager at Sholema Aesthetic and Laser Clinic, with a BSc in Mass Communication and an MSc in Public and International Affairs from the University of Lagos. Her work is centered on organisational administration, operational and team management, customer relations and engagement, conflict resolution and facility management support. With over eight years of experience in business development, customer relations, operations and team management, she has mastered the art of building and maintaining relationships while improving operational processes. She oversees operations across all branches, working with clinical and administrative teams to maintain standards of service, efficiency and patient experience. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Yellow Belt and holds professional qualifications in Production and Cost Analysis & Estimation and Strategic Management and Business Analysis. Temiloluwa has helped shape Sholema’s growth by supporting new branch openings and building operational structures that keep the organisation consistent as it scales.
