WRINKLES
Fine lines and wrinkles result from the breakdown of collagen and elastin in the skin. Collagen and elastin are proteins in the skin which provide support for the skin structure, keeping it firm to give shape and texture. Fine lines are superficial and closer to the skin’s surface while wrinkles are deep set.
ACNE
This is a skin condition prominent in teenagers and younger adults. This condition is usually triggered by the clogging of your skin pores with oil, bacteria and dead skin cells. Acne can be found almost anywhere on your body. It most commonly develops on your face, back, neck, chest, and shoulders.
PIGMENTATION
Pigmentation, means coloring skin pigmentation disorders affect the color of your skin, your skin gets its color from a pigment called melanin when these cells become damaged or unhealthy. It affects melanin production.
SKIN INFECTION
Skin infections are caused by a wide range of germs, and symptoms can vary from mild to serious. Mild infections may be treatable with medications whereas other infections may require medical attention.
SKIN TAGS/KELOIDS
Skin Tag: A benign, soft growth on a thin stalk; not cancerous.
Keloid: A raised, enlarged scar beyond the original injury.
DPN: Small, dark bumps on the face, neck, and upper torso.
SHAVING BUMPS/ HAIR REMOVAL
Ingrown hairs are small irritated bumps on the skin, they happen after you shave, when strands of hair curl back on themselves and grow into the skin. They cause irritation, scarring and pimples.
